What can colleagues see about me in Empatyzer's comparison views?

Short answer

Colleagues who select you in Empatyzer see practical advice for working with you and a description of how the two of you differ, never your questionnaire answers or full assessment results.

The advice is symmetrical: in the person-to-person view, each of you can also see the advice the other one receives. To stop others from receiving advice about you, enable “Do not show other users advice about me” in “Preferences”. In group views, the “Similarity Map”, “Personality Types” and “Motivators” show which dot is yours unless you untick the visibility box at the bottom of the view.

Other ways to ask

  • what do coworkers see about me
  • symmetrical advice between colleagues
  • who can see advice about me
  • is my name shown on the team map
