What minimum group size does Empatyzer use for aggregated organizational reporting?
Short answer
Five people: Empatyzer shows aggregated group data only for groups of at least five people.
For smaller groups, aggregated results are not displayed, which makes it harder to read a group result as one person's result. Views where each dot is one person, such as the “Similarity Map”, “Personality Types” and “Motivators”, work differently: each person decides whether their name is shown with their dot. Private conversations and full individual assessment results are not shown to the organization at all, whatever the group size.
