Can my conversations with Em or my assessment results end up in my performance review?
Short answer
No. Conversations with Em, the AI coach in Empatyzer, and your full assessment results stay private, so they cannot reach your organization or feed into appraisals; Empatyzer’s Terms of Use do not allow using it for employee performance assessment.
Administrators see the data needed to manage the organization, such as names, email addresses, join dates and whether someone has completed a questionnaire, but not answers, results or conversations. Organization statistics are aggregated and anonymous, and group data appears only for groups of at least five people. Formal appraisals and HR decisions stay in your organization’s own processes.
