How is my conversation history handled in Empatyzer?
Short answer
Empatyzer saves your conversations with Em on your account, split by days and conversation contexts, and keeps them for as long as your account exists.
A conversation about a specific person keeps its own thread: when you select that person again above the chat, you can return to earlier conversations about them. The history is private: managers, HR, administrators and other users cannot see it. After you delete your account, your conversations are no longer available in the active system; technical backups are deleted on their normal rotation, and data are kept longer only where the law requires it or for settlements, security or legal claims.
