What are the different Empatyzer assessment views for?
Instead of one overall score, Empatyzer presents assessment results in several views: your own profile, a comparison with one chosen person and team views. Each view answers a different practical question about you or your work with others.
Your profile (“Talents and traits”, one-person icon) has thematic cards, for example on motivations or leadership style, and the “Your results on charts” card with the Words, Talents, Motivations and Types tabs. The two-person icon compares you with a colleague chosen above the chat (a member of the currently selected organization who has completed the required part of the assessment and has not turned off advice about themselves) and turns your differences into advice for working together. The three-person icon opens team views that compare you with a team, department, company or project group. The same profile also shapes Em’s advice and the choice of your micro-lessons.
