What can I see about another person in Empatyzer?
Once you select someone with the two-person icon, Empatyzer shows practical guidance for your relationship: advice for both of you, a comparison of your differences, a few rules to remember and areas where that person can complement you.
You do not see their full assessment, their questionnaire answers or their conversations with Em, only the neutral guidance needed for working together. The same rules apply to what they can see about you. These views are available only for people you can select above the chat: members of your currently selected organization who have completed the required part of the assessment and have not turned on “Do not show other users advice about me”. For anyone else, Em can still help if you describe the person’s behavior or paste a message.
