Privacy, trust and data protection
How should I protect patient or third-party data when using Em?
Short answer
When you ask Em, the AI coach in Empatyzer, for help, share only what is needed to prepare the conversation and leave out identifying or sensitive details about patients, employees, clients or other third parties.
For example, a staff member can prepare an internal conversation about a patient complaint without pasting a medical record or giving details that identify the patient. Em helps only with the communication side of such situations, never with diagnosis, treatment or medication, so clinical details are not needed for useful advice. Under Empatyzer's Terms of Use, you may not enter third-party data you are not authorized to use; follow your organization's data-protection rules as well.
