Does my manager get a hidden or more detailed view of me in Empatyzer?
Short answer
No. Empatyzer gives no manager, administrator or owner a hidden, privileged psychological view of other people.
Relationship advice is symmetrical: when you select a person, the “Advice” tab shows the guidance for you next to the guidance that person receives about working with you. Your full assessment belongs to you; others receive only neutral guidance needed for collaboration, which you can turn off with “Do not show other users advice about me”. Administrators see the data needed to manage the organization, such as names, email addresses and whether someone has completed a questionnaire, but not questionnaire answers, full individual results or private conversations.
