Can I ask Em about a colleague who is not my manager?
Short answer
Yes. You can ask Em, the AI coach in Empatyzer, about any colleague, not only your manager: select them above the chat or, if that is not possible, describe their behavior or paste a message.
The list above the chat shows colleagues from your currently selected organization who have completed the required part of the assessment and have not turned off advice about themselves. Click the two-person icon in the left menu to see the list and search it by first name, surname, job title or email address. If the colleague is not on the list, Em works from your assessment and the context you give. Ask about what you need to discuss and what you can observe, not for a label or hidden motives.
