What does “private” mean in Empatyzer?
Short answer
“Private” in Empatyzer means that your conversations with Em and your full assessment results are not available to your employer, managers, HR, organization administrators or other users.
Private does not mean anonymous: conversations are stored on your own account so that you can return to them, which is why Empatyzer says private rather than anonymous. Other users can receive only neutral guidance for working with you, unless you switch it off with “Do not show other users advice about me”.
