Questions from employees and other participants

Will the Empatyzer assessment put me in a box at work?

Short answer

No. The Empatyzer assessment describes likely preferences and patterns, not a fixed verdict, and colleagues never see your full results, only neutral guidance for working with you, which you can turn off.

Your profile shows strengths, tensions and motivations side by side, and plus and minus marks show that the same trait can help in one situation and hinder in another. In the “Personality Types” view, everyone is a mix of all eight types rather than one type, and you can hide your name there, on the “Similarity Map” and in “Motivators”. Advice about you is switched off with “Do not show other users advice about me” in your profile preferences.

Other ways to ask

  • will my personality test label me
  • do colleagues see my assessment results
  • am I just one personality type
