Privacy, trust and data protection

How does Empatyzer protect privacy in aggregated reporting?

Short answer

Empatyzer keeps organizational reporting at group level: statistics are aggregated and anonymous, group data appears only for groups of at least five people, and no report gives access to private conversations or individual results.

This covers the organization statistics, which show how the system is used rather than tracking individual employees, and the Organization DNA report, an optional one-time purchase that synthesizes how the organization works from group data. Each person's full assessment results remain theirs.

Other ways to ask

  • are Empatyzer reports anonymous
  • can a report identify one employee
  • is the Organization DNA report anonymous
  • aggregated data protection
