What happens to my data when I delete my Empatyzer account?
Short answer
After you delete your Empatyzer account, your data is no longer available in the active system or in the organizations you belonged to, and the deletion cannot be undone.
Technical backups are deleted on their normal rotation, billing and accounting data is kept for the period required by law, and other data is kept longer only where the law, settlements, security or legal claims require it. AI providers keep the data they received for the period set by their service configuration and Empatyzer's agreements with them. Deleting your account does not automatically end a paid plan bought for an organization. Details are in Empatyzer's Privacy Policy.
