Who should own an Empatyzer rollout?

Short answer

An Empatyzer rollout works best with three roles: a sponsor who backs it, an operational owner who handles access and communication, and privacy or IT reviewers if your organization requires them.

In Empatyzer, the operational owner is usually the organization owner, who manages the plan, departments, members and email domains and can grant selected permissions to others, for example inviting members. Ownership can be transferred and takes effect once the new owner accepts. In a hospital, medical and nursing leadership usually matter most; in manufacturing, supervisors and local HR. None of these roles gives access to private conversations or full individual results.

Other ways to ask

  • rollout owner for Empatyzer
  • who runs the Empatyzer project internally
  • sponsor for an Empatyzer rollout
  • roles needed to launch Empatyzer
