Evidence, results and how to evaluate value
How can an Empatyzer pilot improve as it runs?
Short answer
An Empatyzer pilot improves as it runs when you review it regularly: check activation, repeat use, participants' questions, how well they understand privacy and which roles and situations benefit most, then adjust communication and rollout support.
Adjustments can include reminding people that conversations with Em are private or showing which situations Em helps with, such as feedback, a 1:1 or a conflict. The organization statistics show activity over time, so you can see how participation changes after each adjustment. Record what you changed and when, so the final results stay easy to interpret; the pilot then tests the value of Empatyzer and also shows how to roll it out more widely.
