Can Empatyzer launch without a full-day training session?
Short answer
Yes. Empatyzer needs no full-day launch workshop: people join by email invitation or link, complete their assessment and can use Em and micro-lessons straight away.
The assessment usually takes 25–35 minutes and can be paused. Em, the AI coach, is available around the clock, and each of the two micro-lessons released every week takes up to five minutes. If you want an introduction for employees, a professional trainer can guide the launch, showing how to use the app, answering questions and helping people get ready to start.
