Send the invitation link through a channel everyone actually uses, and plan a quiet moment for the assessment, which usually takes 25–35 minutes in one go and can be paused and finished later. Tell people that managers and administrators cannot see their conversations with Em. After that, short breaks are enough: a micro-lesson takes up to five minutes, and if a device is left unattended, Empatyzer logs the user out after a five-minute countdown.
