What should the total cost of implementing Empatyzer include?
Short answer
The total cost of an Empatyzer rollout includes the paid plan for your organization, any optional purchase such as the one-time Organization DNA report, and your own coordination, privacy and procurement work.
Include employees' time too: the assessment usually takes 25–35 minutes once, and each of the two weekly micro-lessons takes up to five minutes. Then compare the total with the reach and duration of the program: how many people get access, how long the support stays available and how much scheduled training or manual HR coordination an alternative would need. On the Free plan, an organization can have up to three users in total; plan and report prices are shown in the “Plan” section before ordering or set in an individual offer.
