Can I buy a paid Empatyzer plan as a private person?
No. Empatyzer’s paid plans are offered only to business customers, such as companies, institutions and other organizations, not to consumers. As a private person, you can use the Free plan with no time limit.
An organization on the Free plan can have up to three users in total, and one user can create up to five organizations on the Free plan, for example for family or friends. A paid plan is bought for a business customer and assigned to one organization; it can be bought in the app, where card payments are handled by Stripe, or under an individual offer or agreement, and the buyer confirms they are authorized to buy on the customer’s behalf. You can still use paid features as a member of an organization whose paid plan a company or institution has bought.
