Questions from hospital HR and staff-development teams
Our hospital HR team mainly handles personnel administration. Who should lead the Empatyzer rollout?
Short answer
The Empatyzer rollout is best led by whoever has a real mandate for staff development and enough influence: in some hospitals that is HR, in others a team shared with medical and nursing management or quality and development leaders.
What matters most is clear support from the hospital’s leadership and practical ownership of access and communication. In Empatyzer, the organization owner manages the plan, departments, members and invitations and can give selected permissions to others, for example inviting members or managing email domains. Ownership can be transferred later and takes effect once the new owner accepts it. None of these rights gives access to private conversations or full individual results.
