Can people benefit from Empatyzer before the whole organization completes the assessment?
Short answer
Yes. Each person benefits from Empatyzer as soon as they complete their own assessment: their results, conversations with Em and personalized micro-lessons do not depend on colleagues taking part.
Em also helps with a colleague who has not completed the assessment: you describe their behavior or paste a message, and Em uses your results and the context you give. Views about a specific person are available when that person is a member of your currently selected organization, has completed the required part of the assessment and has not turned off advice about themselves. Group data is aggregated and appears only for groups of at least five people, so both the person views and the group views become richer as more colleagues join.
