Yes. Empatyzer runs in a web browser, so employees can complete the assessment, ask Em and read micro-lessons on their own phone.
That puts Empatyzer within reach of frontline, mobile and shift employees who rarely sit at a company computer, for example a supervisor preparing a conversation during a night shift. Conversations with Em stay private on a personal phone too: managers, administrators and other users cannot see them.
