What happens when an Empatyzer subscription is cancelled?
Short answer
Cancelling an Empatyzer subscription stops its next renewal: the organization keeps access to the paid plan until the end of the billing period already paid for, and cancelling alone does not refund a period that has already begun.
A renewing subscription, billed monthly or annually, renews for each new period until it is cancelled; a plan bought under an individual offer or agreement follows that agreement. Deleting your own user account does not automatically end the organization's paid plan, and deleting the organization is a separate, irreversible action. The plan is managed in the organization's “Plan” section by the owner or a person with the relevant permission.
