Empatyzer needs no HR-system or identity-provider integration to get started: people join by email invitation or link and sign in with email and password, Google, Microsoft or LinkedIn.
The organization's structure is set up in Empatyzer itself: departments, direct managers, roles and project groups, plus verified email domains if you want to restrict who can join. A simple start can take under an hour. Specific integration needs can be discussed with the Empatyzer team.
