Access, rollout, pricing and implementation
Can we start Empatyzer with one team or a selected group of managers?
Short answer
Yes. You can start Empatyzer with one team or a selected group of managers and test relevance, access and repeat use before a wider rollout.
Choose a group that regularly has important conversations and decide in advance what the pilot should show. Each participant gets their own assessment, and Em and micro-lessons work from day one. Group data is aggregated and appears only for groups of at least five people, so a pilot group of five or more also gives you group results; managers from different departments can form a project group without changing reporting lines. On the Free plan, an organization can have up to three users in total, with no time limit, so a larger pilot needs a paid plan.
