Adoption and sustained use

What should a good Empatyzer rollout do in its first weeks?

Short answer

In its first weeks, a good Empatyzer rollout invites people, gets them through the assessment, explains the privacy rules and has each person prepare at least one real conversation with Em. The aim is a useful first experience, not the highest possible registration count.

Invitations go out by email or link, and the assessment usually takes 25–35 minutes; Em and micro-lessons are available straight away. Tell people where to find help: the speech bubble with a question mark opens the FAQ, and “Leave feedback” under the photo or initials sends comments and bug reports. For a pilot, define activation before launch and review relevance, time required and administrative effort alongside usage.
