What should employees hear in the first message about the Empatyzer rollout?
The first message about Empatyzer should say what employees personally gain, what stays private from the employer, what the organization sees and where formal concerns still belong.
Lead with a personal use, such as preparing to ask a manager for clearer priorities, then state the facts plainly: conversations with Em are private, the full assessment belongs to the employee and others see only neutral guidance for working together, which can be turned off. Administrators see names, email addresses, join dates and whether each person has completed the questionnaire, but not answers or conversations. Group data is aggregated and appears only for groups of at least five people. Add that Empatyzer does not rate people or measure performance, and that the assessment usually takes 25–35 minutes.
