Organizations and membership
How does Empatyzer protect my private profile when I join an organization?
Short answer
Joining an Empatyzer organization does not give your manager, HR or administrators access to your conversations with Em or your full assessment results. Other members may see only neutral guidance for working with you, and you can turn that off.
Administrators see the data needed to manage the organization: your name, email address, join date and whether you have completed a given questionnaire, survey or task, but not your answers. Group data is aggregated and appears only for groups of at least five people. To turn off advice about you, enable “Do not show other users advice about me” under “Me” → “Preferences”; hiding your name on the maps is a separate setting.

- does joining share my profile
- can my new employer read my Em chats
- privacy when joining an organization
- what my employer sees after I join
- what an organization admin sees about me
