Can I use Em privately to think through a difficult situation at work?
Short answer
Yes. Your conversations with Em, the AI coach in Empatyzer, are private: your manager, HR, administrators and other users cannot see what you asked or what Em answered.
Private does not mean anonymous: conversations are saved on your account, by day and context, for as long as the account exists, so you can return to them. An organization administrator sees the data needed to manage the organization, such as your name, email address, join date and whether you have completed a questionnaire, survey or task, but not your questionnaire answers, full results or conversations. If you leave the screen unattended, a five-minute countdown around your photo or initials ends with automatic logout, so nobody can read your conversations.
