Do I keep my Empatyzer profile if I leave my employer’s organization?
Short answer
Yes. Your Empatyzer assessment belongs to you, not to your employer, and leaving an organization does not delete your account.
Your profile and micro-lesson progress stay with your account, so you can keep using them in your personal organization and in any organization you join later, without retaking the assessment. To leave an organization you do not own, use “Leave” on its card in the “Organizations” section of the admin panel; if an administrator removes you from an organization, your account is not deleted either. Deleting your account is a separate, irreversible action.
