Em, AI personalization and responsible use
How is Empatyzer’s personalized context different from training an AI model on my data?
Short answer
Empatyzer’s personalized context is the information Em takes into account when answering: your assessment, the selected person or group and what you describe. Training a model is different: it would mean using your data to change the model itself.
Your conversations are stored on your account so you can return to them, which is storage, not training. For some AI features, Empatyzer uses OpenAI and Anthropic services: it passes them only the information needed for the response, and these providers do not use data submitted by Empatyzer to train their models. Personal data are stored on servers in the European Union; where a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, GDPR safeguards apply.
