How does Empatyzer give plant leaders useful adoption insight while keeping individual development private?
Empatyzer shows plant leaders who has joined and completed the questionnaire, plus aggregated, anonymous usage statistics and group views, while conversations with Em, the AI coach, and full individual assessments stay private to each employee.
In “Members”, owners and authorized admins see each person’s name, email address, join date and whether they have completed a questionnaire, survey or task; the statistics section shows aggregated, anonymous activity, and group data is aggregated and appears only for groups of at least five people. No role gives access to questionnaire answers or conversations with Em, and colleagues receive only neutral collaboration guidance, which each person can turn off. The optional Organization DNA report also uses group data, not private conversations or individual raw results.
