How is Empatyzer different from an assessment report?
An assessment report describes a person once; in Empatyzer, the results feed Em's advice before a specific conversation, comparisons with a selected person or team and micro-lessons released over many months.
A report is mainly something you read and interpret yourself. In Empatyzer you choose the person or group, describe today's situation and prepare the conversation with Em. If that person is a member of your currently selected organization, has completed the required part of the assessment and has not turned off advice about themselves, the “Remember” tab shows a few, usually three, simplest rules to keep in mind before the conversation. You complete the questionnaire once, the same profile works in every organization you belong to, and two micro-lessons a week keep the learning going.
