How should profile similarity in Empatyzer be used when thinking about teamwork?
Empatyzer treats similarity as a resource, not a score: people with similar profiles can coordinate quickly, while people with different profiles bring more perspectives and fresh ideas.
Similarity does not measure the quality of a relationship or a team, and it does not predict how people will get along. When you form a team or divide work, use it alongside competence, role, availability and experience. The “Similarity Map” in team views shows how close people’s profiles are overall. The “How can they help you?” tab in the view of a specific person shows where a colleague can complement you; it is available when that colleague belongs to the currently selected organization, has completed the required part of the assessment and has not turned off advice about themselves.
