Assessment, psychometrics and interpretation

How can my Empatyzer profile help me understand a disagreement without oversimplifying it?

Short answer

Empatyzer shows how you and the other person tend to differ, for example in what each of you notices first or needs from the conversation, so you can separate the issue itself from differences in style, priorities or interpretation.

If the other person belongs to the currently selected organization, has completed the required part of the assessment and has not turned off advice about themselves, you can select them above the chat, and the “Comparison” tab (two-person icon) explains your differences in plain sentences without deciding who is right. Otherwise, you can describe their behavior or paste a message to Em. Em can then help you prepare a conversation focused on the real issue. The profile explains likely reactions; it does not establish the facts of a dispute or replace HR procedures.
