Assessment, psychometrics and interpretation
What do motivators add to my Empatyzer profile beyond personality traits?
Short answer
Personality traits in an Empatyzer profile describe how you tend to act, while motivators describe what matters to you, what gives you drive and what can demotivate you. The profile uses sixteen motivational needs for this.
That is why two people with a similar working style can want very different things from a role, a task or a conversation. Knowing your motivators helps you notice which conditions give you energy, and it reminds you not to assume that other people are driven by the same things as you. Your key and supporting motivators are in the Motivations tab of “Your results on charts”.
