What does the distance between dots on Empatyzer’s Similarity Map mean?
On Empatyzer’s Similarity Map, the closer two dots are, the more similar those two people are overall in the characteristics the map takes into account; the farther apart they are, the more they differ.
The map is a two-dimensional picture of overall similarity, so it does not tell you which traits two people share or differ on. To see how you differ from one specific colleague, use the two-person icon, which works for members of the currently selected organization who have completed the required part of the assessment and have not turned off advice about themselves. Distance is not a measure of relationship quality: people close together may coordinate easily, while those farther apart can bring a different perspective.
