Assessment, psychometrics and interpretation
How should I interpret group profiles and organizational culture in Empatyzer?
Short answer
Empatyzer’s team views show patterns in a selected team, department, company or project group, such as similarity, personality types, culture preferences and motivators. Read them as starting points for better questions, not as verdicts on the group or its members.
The “Organizational Culture” tab separates three things: the culture you would naturally prefer, the culture people in the group prefer and the culture they report as actual. A gap between preferred and actual culture can explain fatigue, frustration or difficulty adapting, but none of the four culture types is best in itself. Actual culture is also shaped by managers, leadership and everyday practices, not only by the people in the group.
