How does Empatyzer avoid reducing people to a single label?

Short answer

Empatyzer describes each person with a multi-dimensional profile (personality, talents, motivations, empathy and work-culture preferences) instead of one type, color or score, and presents results as likely tendencies that depend on context.

In the team “Personality Types” view, everyone is a mix of all eight types in different proportions. The personal Types tab uses several situational typologies rather than one fixed label. Comparisons with another person describe the difference between the two of you, not an objective verdict on either, and the plus and minus marks in the profile show that the same trait can help or hinder depending on the situation.

Other ways to ask

  • does Empatyzer put people in boxes
  • will Empatyzer give me one personality type
  • is Empatyzer a typology test
  • am I labeled by my results
