Assessment, psychometrics and interpretation
What does the Empatyzer assessment describe?
Short answer
The Empatyzer assessment describes characteristics that matter at work and in relationships: personality, motivators, cognitive and affective empathy, collaboration and work-culture preferences, and other related traits.
Personality is described with a scientific, multi-dimensional model, and motivators are sixteen needs that give people drive. The results show likely preferences, reactions and patterns, not a person’s moral worth or how they will act in every situation. The assessment is non-clinical and non-medical, and the same profile is used in your own results views, in Em’s advice and in your micro-lessons.
