How is payment handled in Empatyzer?
Short answer
A paid Empatyzer plan can be bought in the app, by upgrading to Premium in the organization's “Plan” section with card payments handled by Stripe, or under an individual offer, order or agreement with Empatyzer.
Paid plans are offered only to business customers, such as companies, institutions and other organizations, not to consumers, and each paid plan is assigned to one organization. In the app, the price, scope and billing period are shown before you order, and a summary shows free seats, new paid seats and the state after the change. Card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by Empatyzer. On the Free plan, which has no time limit, an organization can have up to three users in total.
