Short answer
Empatyzer opens in a phone's web browser, so frontline workers can complete the assessment, ask Em, the AI coach, and read micro-lessons without a company laptop, a workstation slot or a corporate account.
The plant still decides a few practical things: whether using a personal phone is voluntary, when people may use it during work and where they can do so privately. After a period of inactivity, Empatyzer starts a five-minute countdown and then logs the user out, so nobody can read a conversation on an unattended phone.
