Give people a realistic opportunity to use Empatyzer during working time and make participation expectations clear.
Plan time for the assessment: it usually takes 25–35 minutes in one go, and breaks are allowed. After that, two micro-lessons are released each week; reading one takes about two minutes and the whole lesson with its question up to five. Em, the AI coach, is available whenever a conversation needs preparing, also on a phone, so development does not depend on after-hours participation.
