Can Empatyzer work across plants with different local cultures?

The structure in Empatyzer (departments, direct managers, project groups) mirrors each site, and the “Organizational Culture” view compares three things: the culture you would naturally like to work in, the culture people in the selected company, department or team would like, and the culture actually reported in that group, so local differences become visible. Each person also chooses one of seven interface languages. Keep the privacy principles the same everywhere and adapt examples, access and rollout messages to each site.
