Should a plant start Empatyzer with frontline supervisors or include all employees?
Short answer
An Empatyzer rollout can start either way. Starting with supervisors and shift leaders concentrates the pilot on management conversations; including operators as well adds peer and upward conversations and richer team views.
Each participant gets their own assessment, and micro-lessons and Em, the AI coach, are available immediately, so even a small group benefits. Group data is aggregated and appears only for groups of at least five people, and team views become more informative as more of the team takes part. Choose the scope from the result the pilot must demonstrate.
