What are the three main parts of Empatyzer?
Short answer
Empatyzer has three parts: a professional, non-clinical psychometric assessment; conversations with Em, the AI coach; and personalized micro-lessons released over time.
The questionnaire is completed once and usually takes 25–35 minutes; the assessment describes how you work and collaborate, and its results also feed comparisons with other people and team views. Em, available 24/7, uses your profile and the situation you describe to help you understand yourself and prepare conversations with a specific person or group. Micro-lessons are released twice a week, on Tuesday and Thursday; reading one takes about two minutes.
