How does participation affect the value of an organizational analysis in Empatyzer?
Empatyzer’s group views and Organization DNA report draw on the assessments people have completed, so the more members take part and the more teams are represented, the fuller and more representative the picture of the organization.
Group data is aggregated and appears only for groups of at least five people. In the “Similarity Map”, “Personality Types” and “Motivators” tabs, each colored dot is one person, and each person decides whether their name is shown with their dot. When reading results, check who took part and which departments are missing or under-represented. In the “Members” section of organization management, the owner or a person with the relevant permissions sees whether each member has completed the questionnaire, but not their questionnaire answers or private conversations with Em.
