Questions from HR, L&D and people teams
Can HR try the Empatyzer assessment before rolling it out?
Short answer
Yes. The simplest check is for HR to complete the Empatyzer assessment themselves: in one go it usually takes 25–35 minutes, breaks are allowed, and the results appear as soon as the questionnaire is finished.
Compare what you see with the declared parameters: the assessment is non-clinical, language-adapted and normalized on more than 3,000 working-age adults, with declared reliability above α 0.85 and ω 0.86. Its results describe likely preferences and patterns, not a person's worth. They are meant for development and conversation preparation, not for hiring, appraisals or other HR decisions, and each person's full results stay private.
Other ways to ask
- test the Empatyzer assessment before rollout
- should HR complete the Empatyzer assessment first
- HR trial of the Empatyzer questionnaire
- check the Empatyzer assessment hands-on
