Evidence, results and how to evaluate value

What does Empatyzer's 90% micro-lesson opening figure tell us?

Short answer

Empatyzer has reported that 90% of the micro-lessons included in its measurement were opened, which shows that released lessons do reach the people they are meant for.

Opening shows reach, not learning: it does not show whether a lesson was read to the end, its quiz question answered or the idea applied at work. Read the figure together with the separately reported 65% completion rate of opened lessons and with the study results on recommendation, satisfaction and self-assessed competence. Two lessons are released each week, on Tuesday and Thursday, and email notifications contain a teaser and a link. The 90% is a reported result, not a forecast for every organization.
