Evidence, results and how to evaluate value
How does Empatyzer support retention of learning over time?
Short answer
Empatyzer supports retention with short micro-lessons spread over many months and quiz questions that make you recall earlier lessons or your own traits instead of rereading the text on screen.
Two lessons are released each week, on Tuesday and Thursday; reading takes about two minutes, and the whole lesson with its question is designed to take no more than five. Lessons come in modules of usually about eight and are released gradually, often over 7–18 months, rather than all at once. Bringing knowledge back from memory at intervals helps it stick better than rereading, and between lessons Em can help you apply an idea in a real conversation.
